With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in plastics engineering, Chris’ deep technical expertise drives our success. Prior to Modern Mill, he co-founded, built and sold a global raw materials company that achieved over $1 billion in revenue through integrated trading and distribution operations.

As co-founder and CFO, David brings strategic financial leadership to Modern Mill. His expertise has been instrumental in scaling the company from its early stages to its current position as a national leader in building materials. Building on a longstanding partnership with Chris, David was the co-founder of their global raw materials venture. David has a proven track record in financing, lending, and sourcing raw materials globally. As Chief Revenue Officer, Tony brings extensive building products expertise and proven sales leadership to Modern Mill. His career includes driving growth at industry leaders like Universal Forest Products (UFP), where he led a transformation of sales and operational processes. Prior to Modern Mill, he served in executive roles at Elementia and Allura, where his strategic leadership expanded distribution networks and delivered consistent 20% annual revenue growth. Drawing on leadership principles gained during his service in the United States Marine Corps, Tony excels at building high-performing teams and developing collaborative partnerships. His understanding of the building materials industry and commitment to team development are fundamental to Modern Mill's success.

VP of Technology
Robert (Rob) Shugdinis serves as Vice President of Technology at Modern Mill, bringing his deep understanding and expertise in materials science to the organization. Rob has been with Modern Mill since its inception, contributing his technical leadership to the company's growth and innovation. Prior to joining Modern Mill, Rob was a founding member of Kleer, where he established himself as a notable figure in the materials science industry. His entrepreneurial background combined with his technical expertise has been instrumental in advancing Modern Mill's position in the materials development sector.

As Vice President of Operations, Steve combines technical expertise with operational excellence at Modern Mill. Prior to Modern Mill, Steve led Research and Development at Royal Building Products, a Westlake Company. Call Right Upon liquidation event
The Company has established a Call Right related to shares of Class 1 Common Stock. The Call Right allows the Company, at its sole discretion and at any time prior to a "Liquidation Event" (i.e. sale, merger, or consolidation of the Company) to require holders of Class 1 Common Stock to sell all or a portion of their shares back to the Company at a price that is three (3) times the purchase price paid for the shares of Class 1 Common Stock.
